1. Processing Time
Orders are typically delivered within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
Processing may take longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Customs delays may apply for international orders.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free shipping may be available for orders over 1000 INR.
5. Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
These fees are not included in your order total and are determined by your local customs office.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable:
We will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional fees may apply).
If reshipment isn't possible, we'll issue a refund minus shipping costs.
7. Missing or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 2 days of delivery.
Provide order details and photos of damaged items (if applicable).
We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue (replacement or refund).
8. Changes to Your Order
Need to update your shipping address or cancel an order?
